About Me

I’m a trauma-aware coach who works with people navigation emotional overload, life transitions and periods where things stop working the way they used to – whether or not they identify as neurodivergent.

My work is shaped by lived experience as well as training. I understand what it’s like to function highly on the outside while struggling internally, to outgrow systems that once kept you safe and to need support that adapts rather than pushes.

My Approach

I don’t use rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all methods. My approach is flexible, trauma-aware and grounded in real life – especially for people who have tried to “push through” and found that it only made things harder.

This means that we work at a pace that supports your nervous system, build structure that actually fits your life and focus on practical changes rather than surface-level motivation.

What Makes This Support Different

Working with me isn’t about pushing harder or fixing yourself. It’s about slowing things down enough to understand what’s actually going on, then building support that fits your real life.

Sessions are practical, steady and responsive. We focus on clarity, regulation and structure that you can actually maintain – not short-term motivation or unrealistic routines.

If this sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for

You don’t need to decide anything yet.

We can talk things through, go at your pace and work out whether working together feels like the right next step for you.
